I am looking into buying a couple of knives (looking into the Centofante III, Atlantic Salt, and Calypso Junior burgandy).

What knives do you all have in your EDC rotation, and what are your favorites (perhaps the same question)?

The Spydercos I carry the most out of my collection are the Big Dyad C-44P&S, Burgundy Calypso Jr., Massad Ayoob, JD Smith, Yojimbo, Spyderhawk, Harpy, Zowada C-56 & Military for big jobs:>> but not necessarily in that order.

SS police SE and an Endura PE at work. Military PE out and about town. Centofante III or the new Calypso with shorts or around the house.

I carry the byrd Crossbill, the Rescue Jr. and the Grey Calypso Jr. (only because I can't afford the burgandy). The Calypso Jr. can be summed up in the modern English term "Just Dandy" :D . It's a great gents knife because of it's size, elagance, and non-black color. It's a great utility knife because it fits most hands very well, and if it doesn't feel comfortable because you "can't rest your pinky on it", a well placed fob will quickly remedy the problem. It a great pocket knife because; its FRN handle is indestructable and makes it lightweight, its size and shape allow it to "disapear" in you pocket when carried without the clip.

Oh, BTW: It's also a great slicer.

i carry the native, paramilitary, lil temp, but most of the time it's my grey caly jr. it's so light you won't even know it's in your pocket, but it cuts like crazy when needed.

I'm down to only two that I rotate as EDCs:

The Chinook II (thanks again Smegs), and if I'm wearing very light clothing, the Atlantic Salt.

Allen.

Only two current EDCs are CJ's: VG10 and ZDP. The burgandy CJ is now in my 'premier' spot and I carry the grey CJ during the weekend when it might possibly get abused or scratched. ;)

The Spydie I carry most often is my PE Manix. I just got a PE Military that I'm breaking in as well. The Military is great knife but I think I still like my Manix the best overall, even though it weighs a bit more. If I'm going "knife-heavy" for the day, I'll have my Manix or other similar large PE blade and either a fully serrated Dodo or Salt I. The Salt is so light it disappears in my pocket or on my waist band, the H-1 steel is great for wet or sweaty activity (running, mtn biking, hiking etc) and I'm not afraid to beat on it since is relatively cheap and the FRN is indestructable.

VG10 Caly Jr. and a PE Centofante C25 see the most carry of my Spydercos. The Persian comes in after those, followed by the Yojimbo and the old beater Endura.

My pleasure brother.

hey walking man any probs with the khalsa opening in your pocket? i had 1 and that was really a problem on that one, seemed like the horn made it wanna open up, not a detent prob.

my edc rotation is a spyderco ti ATR, crawford perfigo & a emerson specwar CQC8, not bad company for an ATR imho. really of the 3 i carry the ATR the most ......

At the moment I carry my blue Rescue jr(I call it "my serrated sheepfoot Delica"). I rotate it with my Military//SE, Pacific/SE or my Endura FRN/SE.
I removed the clip of my SS Cricket/PE and it's always on my key chain.

I have Delica PE, a G-10 Police PE and a 50/50 Spydercard. I carry all three. A small knife, a full size one and a back-up. The Card is a nice way to carry one more but is also a surprisingly serious knife, not a gadget at all.

Lately, the Scorpius, blue Yojimbo, and leaf point Lil' Temperance (all PE) have seen the most action in my EDC rotation.

I carried a FRN Calypso Jr. almost exclusively for two or three years, but I just got bored with it after awhile. The Military, Chinook I, and G10 Navigator are some other Spydies that I used to carry pretty regularly.

If I have to wear gloves for some reason, a Military is most likely what I'll carry. It's a great all around work knife.

The Scorpius for the most part in the city. On the weekend for big chores a Chinook I - the amazes me time and time again. Will be adding a Stretch to the rotation shortly.

I carry my "beat to crap" S30V Military most of the time but occasionally I throw the newer (but equally tough) C90 Stretch into my pocket. I love that combo edge and ultra thin handle profile. Hate the rubber inserts however. Need to get those inserts replaced with some kind of exotic wood or something. That rubber is the only drawback to an otherwise killer pocketknife. Cheers.

Jester - does most light cutting chores, small and easy to carry, sheeple friendly. Inexpensive, to the point that it is almost disposable.

My most frequently carried are my FRN Delica and Paramilitary. Today, I brought along my CIII, FRN Dragonfly and Meerkat as well. Occasionally, my Byrd Meadowlark gets into my EDC and it gets rotated out against my BM 550 Griptillian. Native III and Endura are among my weekend EDC's depending on what I'm doing.

Hi Guys
I collect C07 Police models but don't have an EDC one. I do carry a Paramilitary, Renegade or a Manix from time to time. Also a BM 806D2 and a SOG Pentagon Elite.
