powder epoxy

i have about 3 pounds of powder epoxy black paint, and unfortunately i purchased it thinking i could put it on with a regular electric paint gun, but of course, i found that i need an expensive electrostatic paint gun.

I want to know, is there any way one can apply this powder paint without using the expensive electrostatic rig?

Once you get the powder to hang on to the part (electrostatic)you still have to bake it on.
