Anybody know what a Viper 1 should sell at these days? There is 1 on Ebay but no bids and a reserve price as well. What is fair to bid?

My guess is the minimum it will go for is $ 1100/1200 but probably more.

I hate being poor... just went to eBay to check it out - beautiful knife. Looks just as nasty as the CQC, but more "elegant", if that makes sense.

Also, I just looked at who's selling it. I have purchased several knives from him in the past and he is awesome to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I agree with John. I've bought an item or two from this individual, and can report the transactions were FLAWLESS!

Just thought I'd add my voice to the thread. When this seller says an item is mint, you can bet the farm on it. Honest, honorable and quick to ship. Viper 1's don't happen every day...great blade to handle ratio and a wonderful carry size. Also, check out the zero grind.

I've purchased Custom Emersons from the seller in the past. Great person to deal with. No problems whatsoever.

I would have jumped all over this MV1 if I didn't have one already; plus I flat broke. I now spend all of my time & money @ Home Depot & Sears, paint & molding sections. I do sneak over to the Dremel section once in a while

Just to add, I recently got one of these, and love it. The zero-ground blade is unbelievably sharp, and the level of fit and finish is better than a lot of custom Emersons I've handled recently.

Well, aside from being mildly embarassed by the unnecessarily kind comments above, I wish to add that I return the compliments to each. I would have no hesitation in trading with any of these Suspects, or in sending one an Emerson on spec.

Hey See2, you could always sell me your car. It should leave you with enough spare change to take the bus

I know you covet my car, B. It's OK - you can be jealous.

Seriously, though.. I KNOW I have a new credit card around here somewhere...

Jbravo, you should not be embarrassed at all as you have always treated the Usual Suspects like family and it has and will be greatly appreciated by all.

You'd have to look long and hard to find someone with more honesty, honor, or integrity to do business with.

Any idea who got it? Last I heard Tattoo and Sniper were wrasslin' for it.
