Problems with 0550 Lock bar stabilizer?

While handling my 0550, I discovered a rattling sound that was coming from the lock bar stabilizer disc and even though the screw was tight, the disc still managed to develop this play. I've since called KAI and was advised that if the new disc they've sent out to me developed the same problem that I should send the knife in for inspection. I love this knife but it has been sitting in my EDC drawer until the problem is remedied since I don't want to lose the disc and my 0350 has been riding in my pocket.

I was curious if anyone else has experienced this problem?

Btw, before the question arises, I am not newbie to framelocks and know better than to force the lockbar further than needed to unlock the blade.

I've owned, at one time or another, 3 ZT 0550s (as well as a few more 0551s) and none of them had that problem. So it definitely sounds like something was a bit off with the size/fit of the stabilizer disc or with the portion of the frame that it attaches to that was giving it room to move around like that.

Yep...not too worried about it though, KAI CS immediately sent out another disc and screw and hopefully that will take care of the problem. I had done a search and had no results to any problems like this, so I'm sure it's just an isolated incident. In any case, I feel confident that the problem will be taken care of.
