I wanted to get the ball started on reviewing this knife. I hope to add something to it each week up until the time I go on the WLC course and Camp-In in UP Mi in Sept. Before someone laughs at my spoon , this is my first attempt at making one and it still needs alot of work, but it was fun. This knife just begs to be used. I have never really had a reason or desire to make a spoon but see alot of folks doing it. Been too hot to do much outdoors lately so I thought I would give a try at spoon making since my son wanted to carve some stick with his new knife anyhow. Let me first say this knife is a very very comfortable knife in hand. No blisters or hot spots at all. Knife remained sharp enough to shave with after carving this spoon. There is a Case stockman in the picture as I used it to try to smooth out the inside of the spoon after I carved the majority of it out. (this might be cheating) This knife may knock a few others of their seat of being the "go to knife".
