Well, I can't think of the correct name for these things but they're the flat dealie-bobs you use to pull nails out of boards.
Anyway, sometimes I run across them at flea markets and I'm wondering if they'd be a good choice for a stock removal knife blade.
Any opinions out there?

They are probably 1095 or maybe even 5160. Time for a test.
