Just wanted to say how pleased I am with Queen's customer service and warranty. I have a Schatt and Morgan large trapper with ATS-34 blades that had weak back springs. I called the customer service dept. and was told to send it in with an explanation of the problem and it would be taken care of. The lady I spoke to was extremely pleasant. I got it yesterday and I must say it really walks and talks now. :D The blades now have that beautiful snap sound and feel. :D Thanks Queen for taking care of me.

Their the true deal!

I broke the end off my #3L months back, they put a new blade in no charge.

Knice to see a company that helps their customers.
