Let me start off by saying that I'm very new to balisongs. With that being said I was looking at the tachyon at the Chesapeake show and noticed that the latch was on the side opposite from what i had always heard was the correct side. Could someone explain this to me please. Thanks. -Lev

"Correct" is what you'll see here as batangas style. It is with the latch on the bite handle. This is what most balis are setup with. With so many like this, most people get used to it and like it this way.
Some Tachyons shipped with the latch switched (called "Manila" style)
If you take out the screws the latch can be put on eithre handle, or removed completely.
