I'm sorry if this has been brought up, but I once owned an Emerson commander, and it waved okay, but the wave seemed a little small to me. But the way the waved endura looks, it appears that it might be much easier to wave this than my commander was, since it looks like the wave is both bigger and smoother. Any thoughts on this? Or just post a link for me.
THANKS!

Waved Endura is exceptionally easy to open using the wave. I find it easier than Emerson's, but that could just be that I'm more used to the Endura.

The Endura and ATR that I waved both opened very easy also. My BenchMade 420 is also very easy. I think all of these were easier on the pocket than my SARK for example but they all work. One thing I have noticed is that the smaller it is the better it is for it only opening when you want it to. The bigger hook seems to grab even when you are trying to take it out of your pocket normally and the smaller takes a more pronounced movement backwards to hit the corner of the pocket to activate the blade to open it.

For this reason I made the hook on my second BenchMade 420 smaller than the first and it is why of all the knives I've Waved so far I liked the BenchMade Emerson pictured in the link below the best. It could easily be used to open by the Wave or you could unconsciously pull it out and it would not catch so you could just use the thumb disc for normal opening. I am still looking for one of these BM/Emerson knives as I type so I can do one for myself. It worked great. Of course this model also required that the pocket clip be remounted for tip up carry which required drilling and threading the new holes.

You can see the one I'm talking about here from a previous post I made.
