Question on ZT customer service

So I requested a new torsion bar and a new set of body screws for my ZT 350 a few days ago, and my question is how will I know when they are sent out? Will zt/kershaw email me? Anyone know how long it should take roughly? Thanks :-)
 
They're very good at getting any warranty parts out. Just give it a few days to get to you. You can always call them and ask.
 
It takes me about a week to receive parts after filling out the form. That's with shipping from Oregon to Tennessee.
 
typically a few days up to a week, or maybe a touch longer. Depends on holidays and such. You won't get notified, but I believe you can contact them to check the status of your order.
 
I always get an automated email saying how to reassemble my knife with loctite to ensure it stays together. It also tells me my parts have shipped.
