Unfortunately I do not live near a shop that carries high quality knives and other cutlery. Thank goodness for the Internet!
But, I would like to physically see and hold some of the many knives I have my heart set on, so that I can make better choices.
Given this dilemma, I have 2 questions:
1. Does anyone know of such a knife shop in SE Michigan?
2. Is there any interest in putting together a list of such shops for various cities or regions?
