RAT RC-4 IWB Carry

Has anyone tried to carry the RC-4 in its kydex sheath using an IWB belt loop for inside the waistband carry? This may be better suited for the RC-3, but I was curious if anyone is doing this with their RC-4. Also, the the boot clip attachment that comes with the RC-3 fit the RC-4's kydex sheath? Thanks!

I haven't tried an IWG belt loop so I can't help ya there. I can tell you that the boot clip does not fit.
 
Here you go. I use the boot clip to carry it all the time but never used the strap. I'll have to try it out though.

Thank you! Does RAT make a boot clip specifically for the RC-4? I only saw one for the RC-3 listed on their website. Again, thanks!
 
I don't think so but I don't know. When I ordered the knife I added a boot clip and it didn't specify for which knife so I figured that it would fit all of them.
 
My boot clip works. I tried carrying it IWB with a para cord loop and it is possible and reasonably comfortable. The RC-3 I carry more but the RC-4 is definitely possible IWB.
 
The boot clip was originally designed for the RC3 sheath. It will go on the RC4 sheath but be sure and use the rubber spacer washers or you will deform the sheath possibly changing the lock up on the knife or causing the knife to bind lower in the sheath. Mike
