Re-registered with new name; Still trying to reolve my problem

I was not getting email notifications from bf.com so I tried changing my email address in case it was an email problem; I got the message that I had to wait to get a confirmation email then click on the link but I never received it. Still trying to clear this up with Spark; my ISP says they think the problem is with the BF.com software not recongizing something in my verizon.net settings. No idea if that is correct or if they are just blowing smoke.

Anyway I re-registered with a new name and a net-based email address because it has been taking so long to resolve this and I have not been able to participate in BF since this problem started. I have a Gold membership in my original mane and obviously would like to be enjoying the full benefits thereof.

Anyone have any idea what might be causing my ISP (verizon) to not be receiving emails from bf.com? They said they are not blocking any domains and I do not have any spam blocking set. I have not received any emil from bf.com since June 2nd!

HELP!!!!!
