Hi folks,
I have been absent from a lot of posting on the forums, mostly because I have been so busy. It's an enviable position, to be sure.
I have had a TON of dealer's work come and go, and in between I've shot a number of quality pieces for makers & collectors.
Let's take a look at what's been going on... (All images will click for even larger views)
I simply LOVE Kevin Casey's work. In this series he has incorporated the ancient French Lascaux cave paintings as scrimshaw.

Here is his traditional folder with meteorite bolsters.

Custom Art knives are exemplified with extremes. Jeffrey Cornwell from Alaska takes his visions to the ends! I applaud his out-of-the-box boldness.

One of my VERY favorite makers is George Dailey. He liked this one enough to want it shot. I agree!

I am really enjoying the success and visions of CJ Cai, the engraver. (His work has a lot of variety and balance. I am anticipating having him work with me in the future on a simple pocket folder. News when I do.) Joe Kious' autos are a world standard. Here's a lovely Beauty and the Beast....

In a departure from his distinct and precise shapes, John Young blew the doors out with his oosik artifact fighter. WOW!

Lastly, My good buddies, Tom Overeynder and Joe Mason took top honors at the KMG Show with this multiple award winner. With an OAL of 10" it's NOT small, and it exudes authority.

I hope you enjoyed my virtual knife show, and have a nice comment or two about all of them! Kumbaya!
