Recieved the paring knife last night at put it to use....

The JK Paring Knife arrived at my house last night just in time to help me cut a tenderloin roll into steaks. I post my impressions later, but here are some pics.

I like to get plenty of protein lol.....

I get the tenderloin rolls for around $50 at Sam's club , and then I get 8-9 steaks and some meat for soup or stew.

Hi Rocky -

Yes - the larger one in the pictures is the C&K passaround.

I'll get pictures of them together for my review.

Last night I was a bit rushed as I had to stop to workout, then go home and get the filet trimmed, cook dinner, work on a mini-bike for a friend, and get all of that done before the drop of the puck on the Stanley Cup game.

I'll get some good pictures and a better review posted in the Kitchen Knife forum, then link it here.

I have just been dumping my pictures in here so you all can seen what I am up to with the passaround knives.
