Recommendations for fixed blade customizations....

I have a couple of fixed blades which I plan on having modified in a few months or so. The first one is easy - just needs the coating removed and polished to a good satin finish. The second one will need more major work - removal of bolsters & scales, alteration of handle shape/size (with possible minor blade shape modification), and addition of modified bolsters and scales.

Any recommendations on a good customizer who can do this for me?
