Anyone out there have any dealings with this outfit? I ordered 3 Case Copperlocks from them on-line from their website. Only two arrived in the package. Lo and behold when I tried their website and e-mail to find out what was going on it was gone. The UPS package bore an address of Monroe Hardware and a telephone # which I called to see what was going on. The person on the other end promised to have the appropriate person look into the situation and call me back. He had no explanation to the non-existant website. Needless to say no one has called me and their website and e-mail address(sales@redhillgeneralstore.com) is still not available. Their parent company apparently is the Outletbarn. If anyone has had any experience with these people I would appreciate your comments on your experience.
