Hey Guys,
I don't post in this forum much, but I lurk occasionally. I mostly carry Benchmades, Spyderco's etc due to the pocket clip and light weight. Plus in California for some reason you can carry a folding knife concealed, but open carry, like in a belt pouch is proscribed. Go figure. Notwithstanding that I have various 110's and 112's although they don't get carried or used much.
I just felt like expressing my renewed appreciation for my Buck 112FG to a receptive audience. I was doing a little woodworking today and was shifting around for a comfortable knife to work with. I started with an Opinel, went to a Case Sodbuster, and then the Buck 112FG. That's the knife I should have started with, and will from now on. It's just so comfortable and such a pleasure to use. The blade shape, grind, handle shape, materials, weight, all just seem to come together into a perfectly integrated package. Plus it's such a handsome beast.
Well like I said, not many people could relate to such rhapsodizing but I knew this crowd probably could.
Thanks
Jim
