Remote Release 2 Questions

I'm interested in this knife, but there's not much conversation about it. Anybody have one and what are your impressions? Does the extended clip act as an extension of the handle? Is it comfortable in the hand? I've always liked the Para's blade to handle ratio. I'm wondering if the RR2 is similar.

Also, does the spring clip work smoothly?

Don't have the 2, but I carried the 1 while in the Army. While I rotated my pocket EDC's the Remote Release stayed on my Right LBV strap as a quickly, accessible knife to cut sling lines or rappel cord. The sliding release is very easy to access and open once you get use to it. The handle was very comfortable. Of course it's cutting ability was great - it is a Spyderco.

I can only surmise that the Remote Release 2 with better steel can only be better.
