I am pretty sure that this is not up for a vote and as Mike said, you do not have all of the facts in this case. There is a lot more going on here than meets the eye.

This is not up for a vote. You do not have all the facts of the issue, and we have made our decision after long, careful thought. Les will remain a member, but for right now he will not be a moderator.
