Right channel?

Time to time I was contacted by russian knife designers (because my website is now known for many russians). They ask me how to approach Sal to ask him to join his designers team. I tried different way to contact, but without any replay at all.

So what is right way to contact Spyderso for this reason?
Is it possible at all?
What should I answer to this designers?

Sal is out of the office for IWA right now, but when he returns, I will let him know of this post. Please keep in mind Sal gets hundreds of emails and requests, so it can take time to get through them all.
