This is my version of a knife built by John Parks, and shown in the 2004 Knives Annual. I really liked it, and had been meaning to do my version; finally got around to it.
The flatground, distal tapered blade is out of 2.5mm D-2 and is finished to 600 grit. It's 4.5 inches(tip to plunge) long. Wood is stabilized ( in Minwax wood hardener) Kingwod and the trim is obviously copper. It's 8 3/4 inches OAL and weighs 5.1 ounces. Sort of a 19th century all purpose blade.
Still needs a pouch sheath and sharpened. Thanks for looking.
