Rob Criswell Wakizashi, 15 1/2" blade

Have a handy size Rob Criswell Wakizashi with a 15 1/2" blade with a 7 1/2" handle for sale,
Like New in scabbard, scabbard is his armadillo stacked kydex style.

Rob had some health problems and ceased sword making for a while, and only
recently reported that he will again make some swords, but only the longer
28" bladed katana's and not the smaller swords, so this is one of the last few.

Blade is nicely made of A2 tool steel, balance is excellent, reason for selling?
Need/want a new lens for my camera, passion is moving towards photography
again and I need funds to keep that part of me alive...

Gary, Is the point on this Criswell wak the traditional Japanese curved style or the American squared-off style point? Any chance for a picture or two to save you the 1,000 words they're said to be worth?

I have one other person that I'm waiting on a response from at the moment

Were it not for the need/want of that lens, I'd not
let her go, as you can see the balance is quite close to the guard
handles nicely, I've not cut anything with this, it's been just admired
to this point.

She's still available as the person that was first in line is taking some
time now to figure out if he really needs to increase his Criswell
collection and has allowed that if someone else comes along and
requires the sword, I am free to sell to that person.
