For Sale: Robert Erickson Chef Knife
I comissioned this knife as a gift for my wife a while back. She tried it once or twice on some vegetables before deciding that it is too big for her liking.
This knife is too nice to sit around unused, so here it is ready for a new home. The steel is AEB-L with a full flat grind and hand rubbed finish. The handle is stabized Curly Koa with Blackwood bolsters, mosaic pins, and copper pinstipes over black G-10 liners.

Blade Height @ Heel: 1.975”
Blade Thickness: 098” just in front of handle
