Rot Doc

Has anyone used CPES (clear penetrating epoxy sealer) from "Rot Doc"?
It looks like a great product for stabilizing and even dying wood. I e-mailed him and he said that many knifemakers do use this product. I'm waiting for more info from the "Doc" now. Anyone on the forum have any input?

Used a product called Rot Fix it was a very thin epoxy made for solidifing rotten wood so it could be repaired. I mixed it with minwax wood hardener about a cup of mixed epoxy to 2 pints wood hardener. I wanted to add some strength to redwood burl. I don't think it added enough strength to make redwood burl a suitable handle material.
