It's called a "Stubby" Fixed Antenna (I think) ... you have to special order them from your provider. I got mine from Verizon, they are hard as hell to get ... but they don't bend like the POS's antenna's they normally come with. :D

Pretty much the usual for a work day:
Keys to truck with an orange Photon 2 and Innova X5 tactical, Stingray wallet, Motorola T193, Motorola HT1250, Motorola pager (some ancient model issued to me), work keys, Streamlight Stinger, 2 S&W hand cuffs (1 chain, 1 hinged oversize) 26" ASP, Glock 31 with ITI M3 and Heinie Straight 8's, CPR shield and 2 pairs latex gloves, 2 spare magazines for the Glock loaded with 125gr. Gold Dots, badge, and my Emerson Waved CQC7.
I have a second slightly less cluttered rig with a Glock 21, but since I just got a second G31, I felt like carrying this rig.
