Scan Request

I'm strongly considering the purchase of a small Sebenza for my daily carry knife. I recently realized that I was spending too much of my spare cash on firearms that only get shot 2-4 times per month when I should be spending all my spare cash on the knife I carry every day!

Anyways, I've come full circle with regards to my carry knife. I started with a Spyderco Delica many years ago, and since then tried all the huge "tactical folders of the month" that I really have no reason to be carrying. I have gone back to carrying the Delica because it's legal anywhere you can carry a knife and easy to get away with where you're not supposed to, it's non-threatening, and can easily handle all of my daily knife chores. But I would really like something in the same size category that offers a higher pride of ownership. What I want to know is how the size of a small Sebenza compares to a Delica.

If anyone has a scan of the two together, or with a similarly sized knife I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.

JMB...I do not have a scan of these, but they are fairly close in size. The blade length on the small seb is 2.87" and I think the Delica is very close. I too caried a Delica (Zytel) for quite a while and was really pleased. It is a great knife for the money. The Seb will offer you great a great utility & practical carry knife just as the Spyderco Delica has, but as you said, it will also offer you "pride of ownership" as well. The Sebs will be a tad heavier than the Zytel version of the Delica, but not too heavy . I know many professional people who carry small Sebs on a daily basis and do not complain of the weight.

*Please feel free to email me me If I can be of further assitance to you.

JMB, don't worry about the cost,(it's worth every dollar you spend), just buy the small Sebenza and enjoy it. You won't regret it! Sebenzas rule!!!

JMB,
I am in the process of buying my third small Sebenza off other guys on the Forums.
I would have to echo the sentiments of Rawhide. Try one.

I would also like to second that small Sebenza.

If I could only have one, it would be my small Cal. Redwood Burl inlay.

I believe this is what you asked for. As you can see, the small Sebenza is slightly shorter than the Delica.

Thanks for the advice and the pics everyone. The Small Sebenza appears to be just the size I'm looking for. I'll probably order one in the next few days here. Hopefully I can find them in stock somewhere.

The picture above was taken of one that I have in stock. (I just checked, it's the last one I have in stock).

More on the way.
