Scored a sweet 119 on craigslist. Help me identify please.

Hi,
So I found a "vintage" 119 on craigslist today and went out a bought it. It is in mint condition and I do believe it might be something special. Can you guys help me out in fully understanding what I have and what it might be worth? Thank you, in advance, for your help.

Very nice shape Buck 119, one of my favorite designs for bushcraft/survival/utility etc. From the looks of things, you've got a vintage, almost NIB version of Buck's classic that is in pristine shape. Value is what you can get for it...I'd say upwards of $80 on this one if I were placing it up for sale. You can visit Buck's web page for further details on date codes. Sweet looking 119!
 
That's 425MOD steel and that version was made from '81 to '86.

The date marks started in '86.
 
'81-'85 and 425mod steel like Bg said, I would imagine it would sell for $60-80 at auction only because you have the box and papers with sheath...

What did you pay for it???
