Sebenza and seafood

Christmass Report:
First day 54 Oysters opened with a Baby Sebenza !
Second day 127 oysters opened with the same knife.

No scratches on the blade. The tip and the edge are undamaged.
Seafood is no match for a Sebenza !
So don't be afraid to use it !!

My main concern was the scratches the blade could have by forcing the shells to open. thanks to the stone wash, no traces of the battle. ;-)
