Shard

[Burchtree]

I dubbed this "the Shard" because it was made out of a much bigger knife. Originally a camp knife that got cracked in a quench, this is what the metal decided it wanted to be instead. The W-2 blade is 4 inches long and it is 8 1/4 inches overall.

Michael, that is not just a good save, its a great save. Nice knife, nice hamon, everything. Looking at your handle treatment, I;m still kicking myself to go get that new epoxy system you were telling me about. I find myself saving the pictures of every knife you've posted recently.
