sharpening forum?

Every now and then a patch of sharpening topics pops up. I was wondering if a new board could be formed with maybe the sharpening FAQ as a sticky topic. Maybe it could be called 'edge maintenance' since a lot of distinction is made between the various steps, and there'd be requests for stropping and reprofiling boards afterward

Completely off-topic: Any idea when the new BMs will be up for pre-order, I need to renew my gold membership and wanted to purchase/reserve a few knives at the same time.
