Sharpening Service Help

any reccomendations for good sharpening service guys. i have a couple big knives that really need a new professional edge put on em. there are lots of places out there but... seem to only specialize in kitchen cutlery and tools. i need a place who has handled and sharpened custom knives. thanks for your help.
