Rob (wagglebee) asked me to post the full size Lanny's Clip beside the scaled down version. So here they are!

The specs are the same for both.

D-2 Blades and springs
Pre-banned Ivory
Fluted Bolsters
Bullocks shields

The LC measures 3 3/4" closed and the LCJ is 3 3/8".

Hey Brent great looking knives. I love the lannys clip. I only have one suggestion though, I think they could do with a bit more or a point. Like, more needle like. Don't take any offense to that. Just my non knife maker opinion.

The Lanny's Clip pattern was created as a strong, sturdy clip in a compact package -- needle tips are the opposite of strong and sturdy. The belly toward the tip is also quite useful. Still, with the deep clip, the point is plenty fine enough for most purposes.

Love seeing those side by side -- nice touch using properly scaled shields for each size. I think the Lanny's Clip Junior will be popular.

They both look incredible! :thumbup:

The side-by-side comparison is exactly what I wanted to see. That ivory is beautiful, though I still think the Lanny's clip "needs" a rugged looking stag or bone (but that's just me and ivory is my favorite for pretty much everything else).

Those are both great looking. You certainly nailed that pattern. That LCJ is just the right size for the pocket!

Brent, I know you've probably posted it somewhere, but what's the blade length on the Jr.?
 
I'd love to CF and CE that little Lanny's. Looks cool.

I have a full sized Lanny's from Kerry and it's a tank buster.

I don't think I have Rob.

Closed length is 3 3/8"
Full blade length is 2 5/8"
Cutting edge is 2 3/8"

Better hurry Vince times a wastin'.

I have a full LC already heat treated and smiling at me. :D

The LCJ may take a little longer.....if that helps you make a decision. ;)
