Sifu falls apart in one day :(

saturday i bought a new REKAT Sifu at a local gun show. on the way home i discover that the rear spacer and one of the screws is missing and the next one forward is very loose. now, if it was just a loose screw, i could deal with that, no problem, but missing hardware is completely different. this knife was new from the dealer and i wasn't throwing it or otherwise abusing it before i discovered the problem.
does anyone have any experience with REKAT'S customer service?
has anyone had a similar problem with their REKAT knives?
is a little loctite too much to expect on a knife like this?

Hi Fixer, I have two REKATs and both were in great shape when I received them. REKAT and Bob Taylor will go out of their way to make it right. Just be patient, REKAT will come through for you.

What exactly is missing? email me with your address. This primative email system wont let me email you the parts.

There's a longer thread on this in "Reviews" - somebody got this guy Bob's phone number, Bob is sending him extra spacers and screws, this should be cleared up real soon

yep, even tho i was not pleased to find my new knife falling apart and missing parts REKAT was very pleasant to deal with the the parts are on their way.

lesson learned, pay attention to what you buy and buy quality stuff from reputable manufacturers.

i'm happy with my purchase, and just as soon as i get the itty-bitty parts in the mail, i can carry, play with and use my Sifu.
