I am starting up a passaround with a Busse Battle Mistress E, and I thought some of you might be interested. Granted, I'm sure you INFI hogs with BM-Es of your own will pass, but I'm sure some people may be interested...

See the link in my sig for more info.

I don't want to put a damper on the idea of a BM pass-around, because I think it's a great idea. But, at $40 to participate, wouldn't the participants be better off buying a used BM, using it for a while, then reselling it for the same price they bought it for?

Of course, that's assuming that the person would choose to resell it, after they've put it to some use... which is probably an incorrect assumption.

Nothing is better than sharing INFI, however I've been seeing some pretty bad experiences with other passarounds on the general forum....

....but that's just what I've read, there may be equal positive reviews of these passarounds as well.

Inasmuch as the BM is a Combat Busse that I do not have I was tempted, buuuuuut ....

This will be my fourth such passaround without any problems. The Sebenza and Green Beret passarounds are over, and the Strider SnG passaround is well on the way.

These raffle/passarounds are great, I have been in on all of them. Although I have yet to win one, I have gotten to try out some great knives and ended up buying a few of them from the experince I had.

Yea, I feel they are great experiences for everyone involved. Within a week of first getting the passaround Sebenza, I had bought one of my own!

I'd like a SnG, and most certainly a Green Beret, but I don't have enough money at the moment...:(

I have participated in and enjoyed the pasaround for the Green Beret :) !! I have odd shaped hands it it helped me find out if the GB was for me or not. I figure on losing some in the ordering/reselling process when things do not fit me. But sometimes...just sometimes... It worls out even better than expected!!
Later,
Bill
