Sitting throws.

imagine ur hungry and tired

ur sitting on a fallen tree with a knife in hand

and suddenly u see a rabbit





spinless throws require more "bodywork' behind it, if i understand correctly

so is their anything about succesfull thows from a sitting position?

There is a clip on my dvd of me hitting two consecutive spinless throws while sitting on the ground. It's easy with my style because my style is based entirely on wrist action. It might be difficult with other spinless styles, some of which are very different from mine.
