Here it is. The SJT LE is awesome. I can't believe the difference between it and the 3/16" thick SJT. The thicker LE just feels perfect to me. I oiled the handle on the LE, in this pic, just for Walking Man. :D

Heres the comparison I've been waiting to make. The LE with the SFNO. I have held the SFNO as my favorite since I first got it but I'm thinking that the LE has taken it's place. I can't wait to get some Leather and Kydex for it.

Ahhh, with the HOFSH. They look so nice together....... That is until the FBM get's here.

And with the little brothers.

I thought I would get a shot of some different thicknesses.

I really like the Spec-Ops sheath for it. It feels like it's very tough. The 6" version does great for me.

I thought I would take a pic with the insert out to show the length wise fit. Theres about .75" left to spare.

Play nice. You know we all owe Rambo for all he taught us we could do with that knife/compass/sewing kit/storage facility.:D

Oh, and thanks for sharing Silas!

Great comparison shots Silas. Nice knives! Your right, the LE is a big difference to the standard version. I'd have to say I prefer the LE, mostly due to it's thickness. Thanks for sharing ya HOG!

P.S. I still miss my Rambo. I had the one with the wood handles. Belive it was from the the second movie.

Very Nice! Sir, that Rambo knife sure bring back some memories, it used to be my dream knife if I remember correct the real Lile Rambo knife was $650+ back in the 80's it was a lot of money.

did i ever tell you that the satin jack is the mostus awesome knife to come down the pike in a long time?

Thanks for the compliments. I am always glad when somebody takes some side by side pics so I thought I'd contribute a couple myself. They have really helped me out in some decisions.

The Rambo knife did play a big roll in my childhood. I would Love to have a real one but opted for the elcheapo version in my present collection. The model I had then was the smaller version that had the compass at about the size of a golf-ball. Fun times, Fun times, No worries to be had. Except who's fort was going to be the coolest. :D
