Haven't hosted a Slip-Joint Pocket Knife Give-A-Way in a while now.. :) So here we go..

.. I am giving away(at least this one and likely more too) this absolutely dead mint new condition but older produced, made in the U.S.A. Schrade # 219 nice little Texas Jack pattern. She comes with a long pull on her clip-point main blade, with regular pull on the spear-point secondary blade, and fine blade geometry all around on both blades.. She snaps well and her walk & talk sings with fine echoes. No blade wobble on the side-to-side as you would expect on any new good ole fashion Schrade made in the USA!.

Here is the booty # 1 Item thus far & shipped anywhere on PLANET at my expense via USPS:

I may actually give out many more GOODIES than just the knife shown, so stay tuned here often because it'll be Winner Take All at the end of the contest!. My favorite drink right now, aside from water, is a 2008 Petite Syrah that I made from California grapes!, It is a close second to an Okanagan Riesling I made, again from grapes in 2002, sadly, long gone! I drink little but taste a lot!
My favorite quote (paraphrased) from a knifely buddy around here, is Tony Bose's statement; "before you make a traditionally styled knife, you have to know what they look like!" He then went on to say you have to look at a lot of them, (kinda like Ken Erickson has done!)

Here I am with the bison I shot in January 2009 down on the Red River outside of Texarkana, Texas/Arkansas border. Used a Winchester mod. 70 in .416 Remington Magnum, with handloaded Speer 350 grain Hot-Cor bullet. For you wise guys, I'm the one in plaid.
