I don't know i this should go here or in the maintenance section but I'm Starting to feel a little rub when I'm opening one of my user slippies..Is this something to worry about?? Just part of the working in process?? need some lube? any ideas? Thanks

I have felt exactly what you are describing, in more than one knife albeit very minimally. I always figured that it was normal.

I have seen knives that did not rub when new develope a rub, from being bent slightly while in the pocket. Sometimes you can correct it by "unbending" the knife with your hands. It's especially easy to get the thinner patterns bent and rubbing, worst in the back pocket. Sit down on a knife in the right circumstances and positions, it's bent. I have a Case 6375 that rubbed a bit from day one, but not enough to bother me much, as it is a user, not a showpiece, so the blades get more scratches from usage than they do from touching.

I wouldn't worry about it, just leave it as is. if you try to correct things by bending or altering, you could end up with a worse problem. Pocket knife blades will only bend a little before snapping off. I've seen a ton of old pocket knives with broken blades.
