I'm looking for a "mini" or "micro" stungun. Can anyone recommend one? I was looking at the PROTECH-700 (http://www.pimall.com/nais/protechstun.html). Opinions, anyone?

I'm not convinced there's any effective stun gun, much less a small one. I'd rather go empty-handed than have a stun gun, at this point. You might try the Practical Tactical forum for more comments.

http://www.myotron.net/ This is something I have been pondering.It is supposedly not a stun gun because of how it works on your brain.Maybe somebody else has one and can fill us in.

The Glock model 27 in .40 is about the smallest stun-gun that I'd ever want to use.

I hope nobody will be offended if I admit to laughing out loud when I saw the title of this thread. 
The hype on the myotron website is the same old nonsense, claiming to scramble the brain etc. Most of the brands claim to be different from other "stun guns" -- they have to, too many people know "stun guns" don't work.

I would have to agree, When I was about 16 I used to hang out in this pool hall and my friends would take bets from people that I would stun myself with a 100,000 volt stun gun. I would make 30-50 bucks a night for awhile. Sounds stupid now that I look back on it, But for $50 a day, I would still do it now. Thats a Mayo a week!!
