smoke and prayer request for Neil Ostroff

I just posted this on the community boards, but wanted to post it here too since Neil is a long time friend of Darrel's. Darrel just informed me that Neil had eye surgery. Not sure on the particulars yet, but let's send him some smoke and prayers.

I hope he has a speedy and safe recovery. My friend has had several eye surgerys and I know how scary it is.

Neil is an all-around great guy. I've been buying from TNK for a couple years now -- pretty much ever since I began wading into the waters of higher-end knives. (The first knife I bought from him was a HTM Gunhammer, in fact! It was an assisted opening Bowie blade with the TNK exclusive dark green handles.) I finally had the pleasure of meeting Neil in person at SHOT/TKI back in January, and he's every bit as great of a guy in person as he is via the forums/email/telephone. I'm thinking of him and wishing him a quick and complete recovery. :thumbup:
