Hi y'all, I've got a prayer request. I've been interviewing for a new job, which would help my family a lot if I can get it. I've been working lately till 8 or 9, and weekend work as well, and getting pretty burned out, it's hard to get enough sleep, let alone enough time to pray. (which is also why I haven't been posting as much) But I know there are good folks here, and if you would send up some smoke for me, I would appreciate it greatly.

I understand. I have spent many long dayd and nights trying to just get by.

I will pray for you too.

I am considering a job opportunity that would involve a big move, but might be good for my career(a prestigous company and lots of engraving involved :) ) and the benefits might be good for my family.

It is hard to give up your own business though, and we like where we live now,so I have a lot to think about.

would appreciate prayers also.

best of luck! its hell finding a job for college grads too....last interviewer turned me down for someone with alittle more chemistry experience than me...oh well, just gotta be persistant and keep the faith
 
I know exactly how you feel right now David. I’m going through the very same thing.

I have a wife and daughter, and a new baby coming in 2005. I’m searching for a new house for my expanding family, and also searching for a new job to make it all a little bit easier.

My prayers and best wishes are also yours (and we’re going to really need them).

Know how it is. Been working meself at contract writing, house framing, metal working, and a few other odd jobs to make the bill $$$. Keepin busy, tho!

My prayers for a happy resolution to your problems.

Will be job hunting myself in a couple of months - my firm just got bought over by a foreign (HK) company. Many of my co-workers in my Department have already been let go I expect the rest of us will follow in a couple of months.
