Hi Guys !

I've just finished my new sheath for a damast steel (270 layer) fixed blade.
It's a horizontal one with snake (boa) inlay.

I hope you like it !

Regards, Raga

Beautiful! You're back up to your usual incredible standards! I'd be proud to wear this sheath!

Hey Raga,

Sweet looking sheath. Your design choices compliment the knife and blade very well. I presume it can be worn from the right or left side by the way you did your wrap arounds? May I ask the length from the outside edges of the "belt loop" wrap around? It looks like it would have to be worn on a person's back to have enough flat area for it to rest comfortably against the body? Or maybe against the tummy? But seemingly not on the sides/hips? But I'm not sure. Thanks!

All the best, Phil

PS - Perhaps my questions are too remedial. Hope they aren't a bother or offense.

Thanks all !

Phil !

The sheath on left side he will be worn, but the belt loops makes it possible the back carrying.
The proprietor paunchy, horizontal case asked for this.

It is not often that I can look at a sheath that has impressed me as much as this one. The skill of the craftsman's construction, the overall attractiveness of the design, and the obvious utilitarian features, make this effort a very outstanding work of art. I do not like to give credit for mediocre efforts and there is nothing mediocre about Raga's displayed skills. That it is going to sheath such a nice knife makes a superb combination. ---Sandy Morrissey---
