A couple of months ago, you guys suckered me into thinking I might enjoy Nitro R/C Trucks.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO I bought a T-Maxx off E-bay and spent a ton of money "hopping it up". I have run it a few times and these trucks are fast:eek:

Thanks to you boys, I am now about $600 in the hole and in the process of putting this one back together after a tree jumped in my way at about 30 MPH!!! [I will post photos later]

Now I am hooked and am getting this one back to "like new" for my son so I can use that as an excuse to buy the new Maxx 2.5 and an FM Radio system. ANYONE ELSE take the plunge??????

Just what I needed, another expensive hobby, Thanxs gentlemen;) ;) :D

Hey Ira

Glad you are having fun with it! Told you the nitro trucks were a blast! :D I gotta run to the hobby store to replace a suspension arm I broke running into a curb

Sure is nice of you to give the truck to your son! :p Good excuse to upgrade. Now I know why my dad used to give me all his old stuff! ;)

Congrats and welcome to the money pit! ;) Luckily, half of the fun of these things is woeking on them, cuz I spend more time fixing it than running it! And going to the hobby shop is like a kid in a very expensive candy store.

I don't seem to have enough time to play with the one I have. Hopefully after I get done with the puppy's (Blade) obedience classes I'l be able to play more.

$600.00 seems to be where you can really get a cool car or truck. Hopefully soon I'll get out to a local track and see what's up?
