I just bought one of these and without going into too much detail, it is one great tool. The lockup is simple, easy and very secure, the 1/4 inch socket drive is fantastic, the sissors are as good as any others I've seen and overall it is very well finished. It has become my favourite tool and all the others will stay in the draw. Anyone else bought one of these and what are your impressions?
 
I have the old Power Pliers, and they have been working just fine. The new ones seem to be a vast improvement. The locking tools would be nice to have. When I was TDY(deployed overseas) once, we had to use my Power Pliers a few times, because the guys with Gerbers(or Leathermens) couldn't grip hard enough. The compound leverage works.
