Designed by Tommy Lee and manufactured for Paragon in Seki City, Japan, this elegant boot knife features a 4-1/8" long satin-finished clip point blade with a tapered tang and an unsharpened false edge. Per the dealer, blade steel is AUS8 stainless at 57-59 Rc. The handle sports dovetailed stainless steel bolsters and black handle scales that look to be paper micarta.
The knife is 7-7/8" long overall, weighs about 3.4 oz. and is marked on the ricasso with “PARAGON” on one side and “SEKI-CITY/Japan” on the other. It comes with a quality leather sheath marked “PARAGON” and “Asheville Steel.” Purchased new from a dealer in 2012 and never used, sharpened or carried, this knife and sheath are in new original condition with the original box and packaging (see photos). Although there are a few spear-point versions of this knife still available, the clip-point version is very hard to find.
Asking $SOLD if paid by check or money order or $SOLD if paid by PayPal G&S. Price includes shipping via USPS first class anywhere in the continental US.
