I figured this Nessmuk (gorgeous) isn't selling because of the lack of sheath, so now there is a sheath...

Also, I have decided the Karda's and BLJ's really would do great in kydex. I have not been doing kydex because of 2 reasons.
1) Wife hates smell and won't allow in oven
2) My press was a hastily done POS

So I built a new press, and tooK Tracy Mickley's advice and got a griddle to heat the kydex on! This works fantastic, and no need for an oven at all! I figured since I was really going to make the thing right, why not get some really good foam, and so I ordered some nice stiff foam from McMaster-Carr

Now kydex is a breeze. And this AM within an hour I turned out these 4 sheaths.

And pics of the bench. The third BLC is in the oven at this time.

Awesome! I'd almost forgotten how impressive your leather work is. Just lovely.

I heard a little something about that machete project, I'm very excited to see the results! I believe they will be popular.

And glad to see you got some more functional kydex pressing equipment, lots of your work would go well with that.

nice. i think the leather goes better with the looks, but maybe the kydex will be better for some. looking good

I've tried to do a little kydex at home and it's trickier than I thought. I suspect that a good press is key.

That's nice work Andy. The leather is great looking.

like the sheaths, the nessmuk, and the machete collaboration...but just love the bow legged choppers!! simply kick-ass! can't wait for my 2nd one:D

KJ. You need a good companion knife for your Bow Legged series knives. A knife with a point. Look at the Woodsman, Hunter, Bushcrafter, or Ladyfinger. JMHO.

Could I get on a list for this model with sheath? What steel are you using on those?

Black and tan G10 handles - same as my order of BLC.
