While I envy your attempt to reach the masses to witness/evangelize, you are probably gonna get das boot for what is considered to be spamming here.
Maybe the moderators will direct your post to a more appropriateforum here. Or maybe not... I see your spamming other forums here at BFC.

Yay, I finally got to see one of these before it gets flushed. Eh, I wasn't missing much. Oh yeah, I almost forgot... 'bye SPAMMER.
 
His/her heart is in the right place, the plan of action just needs a little fine tuning. Like maybe obeying the rules of the place they are trying to witness in.
 
I'm Jewish. The spammer's heart is NOT in the right place. Your heart is in the right place if you sit down and have a meaningful one-on-one talk with someone who WANTS to convert.

Otherwise, the evangelicalically inspired person is saying to me "You are wrong - this is what I want you to believe." This is where evangelicists of any faith go wrong - their supposed intended audience whom they seek to convert is repulsed by their message. Most evangeliscists seems to me to be selling something to the people who already agree with their message.

I agree that the SPAM needs to go. I heard a VERY interesting comment by a speaker who said that people who are SEEKING something about God need someone to conVERSE with not someone to conVERT them. I thought that he had a very good point.

People do NOT want to have "religious" issues jammed down their throat or made to feel guilty about something - they might just want to talk instead of being talked TO.

I am sorry that this person's zeal has offended someone, unfortunately we have a tendancy to do that!

There are also people who think the whole thing is a complete crock but, regardless of what you believe, spamming your stuff into an entirely inappropriate place is a sure sign of a person totally lacking in respect and consideration.
 
Why even bother reponding? You know a spammer hits and runs. they never come back to explain themselves, answer objections, converse.

And now he's banned, silenced, until ... his resurrection.

Yeah but the responses are the fun part. :)

Aside from that, the spammer might hang around long enough to see what jerk people think he is and he'll have a bad day! ;)
 
I get all the posts about the spammer being spineless and in the wrong place, but why does the lame message get to stay up when the spammer has been booted? I say boot the spammer and remove his trash from the board.
