Here is a Pocketmuk I finished up this morning. It has a tiger maple handle, with stainless pins and lanyard, and 1/8" brown micarta liners. It also features a slightly extended tang and convex grind.

I love my Muk, it is one of my favorite knives. I am seriously considering getting a second as a user because the burl on the first is so beautiful. Really a great design by that JDS1 character. :)

Its also the sharpest scandi blade that I have, the angle and depth that John put on it is perfect for the blade size.

This may very well be the next knife I purchase. I haven't bought a knife in a looooong time but this one is calling my name.

Do you have any other dimensions you can provide? Any in-hand pics?

Awesome blade!

In the standard version, it`s 7" overall, with a 3" blade, 3/32" thick, and 1" tall at it`s tallest point. The extended tang version adds 1/4".

Working nites this week and I have been working rotating twelves with 2 one day turn arounds since the first of the month, but I will get my butt out of bed early today and get the MO in the mail around 1600. That is one beautiful knife and I cant wait to get it.

That handle is nice John, this looks like a great little buchcrafting knife and in a pinch could be used to spread peanut butter on bread:D Nice:thumbup:

I've always liked your take an Nessmuks and this may be the best yet.

Alright - I've been trying to keep from buying a knife for a while but damn...

I want to order one for December if I can but can wait for January if needed. I want the extended tang and want to thin the handle out a bit. Do you want my order via email or PM?
