I did a special run of these in 1/8" S30V with Silver Twill G10 handles.
There were 4 in total - the first three were pre-sold. For kicks, I ground this one higher to make it a real slicer.
Specs are the same as the first run:
6.5" overall length
3" blade
3.5" handle
1/8" thick S30V
Silver twill G10 with black liners
